Preserving Exceptional Places.
Creating Lasting Value.

Aviva Event Spaces is one of the first institutionally-funded banquet venue real estate investment platforms in the United States. We acquire, own and operate special-event venues across Massachusetts, New York and New Jersey, and we are one hundred percent focused on this asset class.

Acquisition corridor

Our current focus is on well-populated and prosperous markets from New Hampshire to Florida. Filled cells mark states where we already own and operate.

Mission

To create exceptional venues and deliver extraordinary experiences.

We are committed to preserving the character and legacy of the properties we are fortunate to steward, while thoughtfully investing in their future. We restore and enhance distinctive venues, build exceptional teams, and create places where life’s most important moments can be celebrated for generations to come.

That mission is grounded in three principles: leadership in the banquet space, passion for the business, and dedication to the communities we serve.

Leaders in the banquet space

We are building a portfolio of truly special venues where clients celebrate weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, quinceañeras, anniversaries and celebrations of life, as well as proms, community events, corporate events, and holiday parties. One hundred percent focused on this business, and intent on leading it long term.

Owner-operators, not landlords

Aviva owns and operates every venue in its portfolio. In-house culinary teams, banquet managers, wedding planners are our own employees, trained in the Aviva way. That operating control, consistency in standards, and team chemistry is what protects the guest experience, and the underlying asset value.

Rooted in the community

We host not-for-profit events, senior days and fundraisers, and give local organizations and partners special access to our properties. A banquet venue only holds its value if the town around it still considers it theirs.

Portfolio

Four venues, three states.

All properties are managed by Aviva Hospitality Group, comprised of dedicated, passionate and experienced professionals.

Value creation

What happens after we close.

Westmount is our most recent acquisition and a strong example of our approach: a seventy-five-year-old institution set on thirty acres atop Garret Mountain, now undergoing a $2.25 million renovation designed to transform its interiors from high-gloss traditional to a more refined, modern transitional aesthetic. Grand View and River Stone Manor have been renovated and refreshed with the same philosophy. We invest thoughtfully in each property, preserving what makes it distinctive while elevating the spaces, experience, and amenities for the next generation of celebrations.

Message to owners

“Our commitment goes beyond
asset purchase. We are dedicated
to your venue’s legacy.”
—Aviva Event Spaces

Sell your venue

Two ways to transact.

Some owners are ready for the next chapter entirely. Others want liquidity from the real estate while continuing to run the business they built. We structure for both, and we close on our own balance sheet.

Full acquisition

Real estate and operations

Aviva purchases both the underlying real estate and the venue operations, an all-encompassing solution for owners seeking to transition to their next chapter. Our commitment goes beyond asset purchase; we are dedicated to the venue’s legacy and the satisfaction of current and future clients.

  • A clean, complete exit from both the property and the business
  • Existing bookings honored and staff retained wherever possible
  • Your name and reputation carried forward, not replaced
Partial

Real estate only

Alternatively, Aviva can purchase just the underlying real estate, allowing current owners to retain control over operations, either independently or through a third-party manager. Owners capitalize on the financial benefits of a sale while continuing to earn income through ongoing venue operations.

  • Unlock the value of the land and buildings today
  • Keep running the business and keep the operating income
  • A partner investing in the asset’s long-term prosperity

Team

Institutional discipline, hospitality instincts.

With decades of real estate and hospitality experience, the team brings banquet, hotel and investment expertise to every acquisition, and stays involved in how each property is run afterward.
